1. About the service

VieLang is a live-video English-tutoring platform offering both 1-on-1 sessions and small group rooms with vetted tutors. We provide booking tools, an online classroom, and course materials that accompany each session.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity that occurs on your account.
• Users must be at least 13 years old. Users under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.

3. Booking & payment

Booking a 1-on-1 session reserves the tutor for that time slot. Payments run through our integrated payment providers; group free-talk rooms are currently free to join.

4. Cancellation & refunds

See the Refund Policy for details. Summary: you can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before start time for a full refund.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, rooms, or data that are not yours.
• VieLang may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials uploaded by tutors remain the property of that tutor. You may use them for your personal study only — do not reproduce or redistribute.

7. Limitation of liability

VieLang provides the service on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated versions are posted on this page with the revision date shown above; continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
